First and foremost - your privacy is important to us. The iBooking Clemenisle-EV is an E-trike Booking System powered by Android Studio, Google Firebase, Google Map and Google Street View, it is operated and developed by PUP BSIT Students.

Any reference to "WE" or "OUR" means the iBooking Application and developers collectively.

  The following describes the privacy policy applicable to the services available through the iBooking Application. By using the iBooking Application you are consenting to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of your personal data described in this Privacy Policy. We process your information pursuant to the Republic Act No. 10173 - Data Privacy Act .

  We may amend this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will communicate the changes to you and ask for your consent. Otherwise, changes take effect immediately upon posting.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
  We are advocate of data privacy, and ensure that we will only require what is completely necessary for the application to perform its proper functions. No information will be collected from our users until they have agreed to the terms and conditions provided in our privacy policy and have given their consent. To registered an account, all we require is the user's full name and email address. The email address are used as a verification tool through a verification link that is sent to the email. Upon creation of the account, the users may add a profile picture and had an option to edit other information such as name, email address and password.

  User is asked for App permission for photo gallery, enable locations, and notifications. When user is a registered as a driver in the iBooking Application would ask for App permission for the use of camera. When using the iBooking Application the following information may also be obtained;

  Information contained in any communication, report, remarks or transactions that you submit to iBooking Application including metadata associated with such communication; and information that you post to iBooking Application. The Application will only access your camera for QR scanning and profile picture purposes only, anything outside of that would not be accessed.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
  We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from children below thirteen (13) years of age, and we do not knowingly allow such persons to use iBooking Application. In the event that we learn that we collected personal information from children below thirteen (13) years old without any verified parental consent, we will immediately deactivate the account and delete such information with notice. If you believe that we might collected such information especially in the comments section, please report or contact us in the information below.

WHY WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION
  We collect your information to enable you to create an account. Your email is collected to prevent fraud through a verification link and for cybersecurity purposed. Sends an email notification related to iBooking Application. Ensure that the iBooking Application works as it should and you are able to browse the iBooking Application safely and securely. We also collect your information to track bugs, errors, and usage statistics. In case of any security incident or data breach, we may also use your information in our investigative reporting to the National Privacy Commission.

HOW WE USE, SHARE, AND RETAIN YOUR INFORMATION
  When we can, we submit collected information in an aggregated manner to ensure Users’ privacy. All compiled information as used to track bugs, errors, and usage statistics. We use your information to maintain and improve the iBooking Application. Only authorized personnel of the iBooking Application have access to your information on how you use the iBooking Application. Any third-party provider of our data centers does not have access to information that will enable your identification.

Retention
  Users may request to have their data deleted at any given time throughout the retention period by reporting or contacting us in the information below.

Destruction
  Should you wish to have your Personal Information deleted and destroyed or you wish to withdraw your consent in the processing of your personal information or delete/deactivate your account, please report or contact us in the information below.

HOW WE SECURE YOUR INFORMATION
  We implement reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and organizational measures to prevent the loss, destruction, misuse, or alteration of your information. While there is no guarantee that information sent over the internet is fully secured, we keep and protect your information using a secured server behind a firewall, encryption, and security controls.

EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS
  The Data Privacy Act affords you the following rights with regards to your personal data/information:

1. To be informed whether Personal Data pertaining to him or her shall be, are being, or have been processed;
2. To reasonable access to any Personal Data collected and processed in duration of employment;
3. To suspend, withdraw, or order the blocking, removal, or destruction of Personal Data from the relevant company’s filing system;
4. To dispute the inaccuracy or error in Personal Data, and the relevant company shall correct it immediately and accordingly, upon the request unless the request is vexatious or otherwise unreasonable;
5. Where the Data Subject’s Personal Data is processed through electronic means and in a structured and commonly used format, the Data Subject has the right to obtain a copy of such data in an electronic or structured format that is commonly used and allows for further use by the Data Subject;
6. The Data Subject has the right to be indemnified for any damages sustained pursuant to the provisions of the Data Privacy Act or Other Privacy Laws.
